Jeffery W. Laney
Jeff Laney practices primarily in the areas civil litigation, malpractice and appellate work. In the field of civil litigation, his practice includes worker's compensation, products liability, personal injury, commercial disputes, legal malpractice litigation and medical malpractice litigation. Jeff is a member of the Springfield Metropolitan Bar and the Missouri Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court - Western District of Missouri.
After graduating from Ozark High School in 1992, Jeff received both his BS in Finance and Banking in 1996 and his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 2000 from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Following law school, he worked in St. Louis in a plaintiff's practice focused on personal injury, product liability, workers compensation and legal malpractice before returning home to southwest Missouri. Jeff and his wife, Dawn, live in Ozark with their two sons.
